Default "Heraldland" - are they genuine?

Has anyone had any dealings with this lot?

http://www.heraldland.net/

They are registered as Real Estate Brokers with RERA in Dubai and describe themselves as a 'company selling land investment opportunities in the UK'.

A third party has asked for my opinion............

So it's the old, "Buy some green belt land for well over inflated prices in the forlorn hope that someone will someday get planning permission to build on it" scam.

Avoid.

Certainly looks that way - some of the land shown in the photos on their site would never get built on........
