Have to admit, I did like the Wife Away, No Kids, Eating Rubbish post earlier..
So, who has peace, quiet and the regular 2-month 'bachelor' life coming up at the end of school term???

So did I but the opportunity of my daughter and wife spending smog free time in gods country, away from the air conditioning, asthmatic atmosphere....

I could never understand going back to UK for the summer - would rather go on a 'proper' holiday with husband and kids. Used to love the summers in Dubai - you could park easily, no traffic, all the silly bints had left, I used to really resent them when they all came back and got in the way 
Of course lots of summer bachelors don't have to wank - they just go to the nearest bar . . . .

I'm going home for 5 weeks coz i have 3 weddings and 2 of them are my best friends. Unfortunately i'm only going to make 1 friend wedding and 1 hen night but better than nothing.
I wouldn't go home for so long otherwise.
