Yes, and that's obviously still just about working for him since his fluke election but what about Kim Jong Un?

No, I don't think we should be invading or destroying it or starting another war, but nor do I think the North Koreans should be testing weapons and provoking the international community for what will be a very swift suicide mission.

Does anyone 'win'?
The EU loses a major part of it, the UK withdraws from being a global player alone AND as part of the largest economy and union on earth.
Who wins? People who don't like immigrants? Maybe...but maybe they lose through fewer opportunities or something? Maybe the oldies win because the UK will go back to how it was in the good old days? But maybe it won't...or maybe the rest of the population won't enjoy the good old days and going back in time to satisfy those people? This can be dramatic and one-dimensional, yes, but doesn't mean they aren't real things.
Who knows. Doesn't feel like there are many 'wins' though.

When will the more concrete-skulled Leavers finally comprehend that 37% of the electorate (yes, it was only 37% of the electorate - or 25% of the population - who voted to leave) is nothing close to a majority, and hence of course there is a huge number of people who object vociferously to such an insane course of action?

When I first saw this thread I thought it was about that rather nice Mexican themed bar in Dubai Marine Club in Jumeriah 1.

I suggest that we have a back from the summer meet up at Loco!! Ive been there quite a bit recently and am seriously addicted to their Crab Guacamole!!
As Scamp usually votes for the losing side (from Brexit to Southampton), I hereby promote him to official social secretary and shall allow him to make arrangements. I am vastly and hopelessly Dubai based at the moment so I’m good almost any time except next week (Long Haul).
