I remember that so-called documentary about him a few years back, by that dickhead Nick Bloomfield (I think that was his name), who was basically incompetent (he kept turning up late for meetings, he ran out of camera film, etc), and who generally pissed Terreblanche off.
Bizarrely, it won a BAFTA award for 'Best Documentary' or something......

I must have met her around 1995 and that was a couple of years after she'd left SA. I never asked about 'consumation'. My stomach isn't that strong.
