Default Enforcing arbitral awards in UAE

Interesting up-date received from cms-cmck for all those involved in construction / engineering projects:

A recent case has reinforced the importance for parties of strictly complying with the procedural requirements of the UAE Civil Procedure Code, failing which there is a very significant risk the UAE Courts will refuse to enforce an arbitral award.

The up-date isn't on their website yet, but I guess will be soon.

If anyone's interested I can forward the up-date.

ps I have no affiliation with them, I'm just on their up-date mailing list.
