Dubai Police are considered the first worldwide security organisation to enter the Guinness Records for the largest police emblem made of seashell mosaic.
Concerning the characteristics of the emblem, it is 13.6 metres in length, 12 metres in width, 1,700 kilogrammes in weight, and 3 metres in height and its entire cadastral survey is 173 square metres. As many as 59,830 seashells were used. Making the emblem took 32 days and 59 persons took part in gathering and classifying the seashells
