I start a new thread with a due sense of trepidation but here goes.

What is the best provider for TV/internet/phones etc? Really want as fast as internet as i can get and as wide a range of satelite as i can get.

Am told its either DU or Etisalat - thoughts? preferences? mixing them? or just get one package?

Where do you live? In some areas you don't get a choice.

We have a Du package, to be fair the internet speed is good. Most TV is crap here. MNET is the best, but not 'legal' so you need to know someone to get the card.

I think you only get Du in Emirates Hills (certainly in the Meadows you only got DU from Internet City when I lived there).

May have changed now....been a couple of years.

Really? When much of Emirates Hills was built, Du didn't even exist.

Used to be "DIC" on the letter head of the invoices/statements, then when Du cam along it changed to DU.

they did, they were called something else then, began with an S if I remember rightly. Definately Du area now though.

Sahem was the original provider on The Lakes, they merged with a few others and became Du, asked a guy on Twitter
