Default DEWA online payments

Hello

I've been unable to pay my DEWA bill online for about three months now... I'm sure they will cut me off soon - is anyone else having problems with the online portal?

With ADCB, you can pay bills online from there. DEWA is one of them, could you not pay via your online banking?

There are machines where you can pay the dewa bill. Dubai Mall has one, I think. On LG near the Waitrose.

You can also pay at petrol stations.

For ADCB you can pay with credit card, It gives you an option to pick your card. Just double check your bank doesn't offer the same. Anyway I pay my bills by credit card !

Anyway, worst case ring them and pay via phone

Try MPay. Its a Dubai gov app where you can pay Eitsalat, Du, DEWA, Traffic fines, Salik and even Empower for the AC. Put your CC details in and it updates when there's a bill and you simply press "Pay"

Ive used mine with HSBC and Citibank credit cards but it does not accept Amex.

I am an IoS user and not sure about Android.

I personally like it as its everything in one place.

Hope it helps

Wow - MPay is amazing - Du, Empower, RTA, DEWA all registered. Don't want to look at the traffic fines on a monday so will give that a pass. Thanks Shed.

DEWA website not letting me log in on Chrome this morning, but worked fine (if very slowly) to pay my bills on Internet Explorer.

Been using it for two years - no clue why they don't market it better

Yup - I've had a few issues with it in the past too. Chrome and IE,

Now a full MPAY convert though. Traffic fines loaded in ... sadly two new ones that I wasn't expecting from Abu Dhabi - as well as a small random charge in dubai.

Oh well, can't be all roses all the time.

That's better.

When you're trying to get to Liwa / Ruwais in an FJ and you don't know the limits, yes.
