My maid folds my shirt collars about 6mm shy of the seam. Sometimes 8mm. I've drawn pictures, explained in person, got admin to explain, all to no avail. Why? What on earth drives someone to do something so counter-intuitive?

I've threatened to put her across my knee and...

I'm confused.

Where do you get the xmas trees from? I could understand palm trees, but that's not what's in the photos.
