Congratulations Citeh!
Lionheart must be relieved that the richest club in the world can now concentrate on avoiding relegation after being stuffed in the cup.

They are more likely to reach the UEFA Cup places than get relegated. All they have to do is sort out their mental approach in front of their ridiculously critical fans.
Losing at home to Spurs and Chelsea (after being 1-0 up in both games), and losing at home to Liverpool (after being 2-0 up) suggests it's psychological as much as anything.
With only 8 points covering 12 teams (7th to 18th inclusive) anything can happen.
Personally I see Portsmouth (currently 12th) as a likely candidate to get dragged down at the end of the season.

We are the laughing stock of the footy world again it seems..
Well, the word is that Hughes have been given an ultimatum to sort things out on the instant or simply resign.
I can´t see Khaldoon Al Mubarak being very patient with a manager who fails to improve things after having spent £80m in the transfer market last summer.
There might be a Plan B ready in case I guess.
Edit...And we can expect one hell of a toon reunion at City when Given, Parker and Bellamy arrives it seems.

Re: Congratulations Citeh!
When asked by Stan Collymore who was hosting the call-in who they wanted as manager if Hughes went, or which players did they want to bring in in the transfer window, the Manc morons, all said Jose Mourinho (does he have experience at fighting relegation ??...) and players were Kaka, Arshavin, Ronaldo, and a whole list of other foreign names.....the question is would they be the gold diggers that Robinho clearly was, and even want to go to a club like City, when all they will ever be, no matter how much money they throw at it, is a second rate club
From being a crap under performing club with no money a few weeks ago, they are now a crap under performing club with money.....
I would absolutely wet myself with glee if they go down this year.....mind you it would be a tough shout which would give me most joy, City or Tottenscum ???

They basically need a defence and they'll be ok - which is why Bridge must be an encouraging first signing for the City fans.
