Cityspace
It is manic, there are some superb models of future projects, some straight forward, others outlandish, if we think real estate is slowing down then maybe we should think again! Judging by the turnout and future projects in the pipeline something tells me that prices will continue rising, even if only 10% of the projects get completed it will keep prices high.

Re: Cityspace
Yes it is and because I park in the car park opposite it takes 20 mins to half hr to get along to the lights then same after doing a U turn but ok once on SZR towards Marina. Go into Hall 1A and have a quick look then into where Nakheel are. They have the model of the proposed 1KM Tower to go near IBM with its new developement. Ad has a lot coming of as well.
Whilst I was there a local signed up for 2 villas in Cayman Islands 2.8 million dollars each.

Yes but how many of them will actually get off the drawing board let alone getting built? For all of you newbies, please don't get conned into putting downpayments on developments unless you have cash to burn. It will all end in tears. Dubai is the city of the con merchant.
