Does Oman grant citizenship to non Muslims, outside of marriage? If so are the numbers soo tiny that they are meaningless ?

Citizenship or residency? Citizenship would suggest Omani passport and I'd be amazed but....

Yeah Omani passport. So do they give it out to non Muslims and if so are they required to convert? Do they even confer citizenship outside of marriage?

I know one or two Brits who've been granted citizenship, mainly because they've been there forever. They certainly didn't start off Muslim, but I couldn't say whether they agreed to convert for expediency's sake.

Little to no chance.
