You might want to check if the prices go up during December as most hoteliers are fully aware of the Xmas party market.

To be honest I doubt we would get a large table at Yalumba so close to Christmas now.
My views are Flavours is ok, Dunes has better quality wine but no atmosphere - bit like sitting in a hotel lobby eating (oops forgot you are
) You missed Meridien Village of your poll - LH will be most unhappy!! Can't think of anywhere else that does it but will check in Time Out and post back later

FD, i think we'd ruled out meridien village cos it's over the creek and only yalumba is worth going that way for, lol...

Reckon we should just go with flavours then move on as a group to somewhere a bit nicer to finish off the night i.e. not MM & MH dumping everybody else again!!!

Just book somewhere for 15 then we can add or take a few off nearer to the time. Don't forget the smoking table
Oh and if you book at Towers Rotana they start banging on about giving them a credit card - just bullshit and say we book regularly and have never been asked before - usually works because otherwise however many you confirm to them a couple of days previous thats what they will bill us for. So won't allow for the inevitable day before dropouts!!
