The person behind is absurdly cramped, your head is practically in their lap space.
It really is the Airlines' fault but passengers could show some consideration since the Airlines won't do anything. If your a big fella or have medical issues then can't be helped I suppose. Only choice is for the person to also recline fully .

That's just silly.

You're well within your rights. If the person behind doesn't like you doing what your seat is designed to do then that is entirely their problem.

I'm with Boonhauer on this one. Whilst of course the seats are designed to recline, it's very selfish to not consider the comfort of the passenger behind before doing so. What if they're trying to eat something off their table at the time? It becomes virtually impossible when the seat in front is reclined?

Everyone eats at same time. My chair goes up to eat. Can eat at 45 degrees.

Otherwise, recline that shit.

Always feel sorry for the poor ill-informed who end up with a seat that doesn't recline (the ones with the bulkhead behind). That must be shit. Narrowly avoided that for my 9-hour flight to Casablanca, but thanks to seatguru.com I was ok.

I never want that seat. It's the only way I get comfy. When reclined I can get my knees just under seat in front.

I fully expect the seat in front to come back at me. I only get annoyed if they don't lie back, either use it or straighten up (what I do)

no not everyone eats at the same time, children eat differently, also they give out the meals at different times, if you are the ones who are in the middle of the "service"....

what annoys me most is when young kids who are in the bassinet seats at the front so have loads of leg room (but being small kids they cant use it) and then they recline the seat but then sit up.....

I'd surcharge them less than the ones who are obnoxious without a drink...

Ugly people should pay more. And people who speak with fake posh accents.
