Burj Dubai is certainly a landmark tower, but only until the next tallest tower comes along. How many of you remember the Petronas towers in Malaysia or the Sears Tower in Chicago?
Or indeed Taipei 101...the previous highest. I was there when it was being built...there was an earthquake which knocked a crane off it, with the driver still in it.

Sears Tower is called Willis Tower now, or something like that.
