it will happen...the streets will be knee high, kids won't be able to go to school because they are closed, everything will leak, Mall will have buckets all over the place....

But you still feel you need to fill a British stereotype by finding something to moan about?

British folk do moan a bit but they can see the funny side of neartly anything (except their team losing at football), we have a sort of "blitz spirit" in that we find something to laugh about in almost any situation .

I certainly have a moan now and again about living here, bad driving, silly, illogical rules, red tape etc etc

Doesn't mean i don't like living here, moaning - human nature!
