Afternoon guys,

I'm just about to rent an apartment and need to know if the general rule is that you need to pay 5% on the rental value spread across 12 months?? And this is included within your DEWA Bill??

Yep - that's the general rule. It's a 'housing tax'....but of course, since there are no taxes, it is called a 'housing fee'


If I rename some drugs that I might like to bring through the airport and call them something legal....does that make it ok?
