If its the fairmont, the pool and beach is superb, if its one of the Marina Residences, the pools are pretty nice but no beach access. About 10-15 mins to your dinner in a cab.

Word of warning stay away from the palm! Traffic is horrendous- been in a taxi from JBR for an hour now and only just passed the Atlantis em route to anantara!!!!
