Because Men Need Weekly Stimulation...
Well, I'm sure you kids know what I'm talking about; IQ Magazine is running this ad on taxis and buses citywide...
I'm pretty sure people working there are only having some once a week...
And are rearing to have it biweekly for the 4th of July week...
Oh and by the way, is "biweekly" twice a week or once every 2 weeks???

Don't know what the IQ Magazine thingy is about or context...but biweekly is used by Americans for fortnightly (UK, Commonwealth, Canada etc). Being British, I usually take biweekly as twice a week.
