Apropos of nothing else at all...
...and because there is eff all else happening on here, can I remind everybody just how f**king brilliant this track was (and still is) because I think it has been undeservedly forgotten:
Aside from being an extraordinary singer, David McAlmont is so cool with his effortless here-I-am-and-f**k-you-if-you-don't like-it persona, bearing in mind this was 1995. His lyrics brilliantly use Butler's explosively joyous tune to deliver one of the best put-downs to a smarmy ex ever composed. Just sheer magic.
OK, feel free to offer ONE overlooked magic memory each...

Nooooo, not at all. Cruising round the mountain at a decent pace after a smoke doesn't require too much input if you're any good on a board. For me, and most folk as far as I am aware tunes that are really banging or to fast paced don't suit snowboarding. I mostly listened to RnB and Hip Hop while riding and one of my favourite albums to listen to while riding was Alicia Keys. One thing I won't be able to fogret tho is Ja Rule banging away in my ears while I lay crumpled in a pile after falling 12m onto my arse and ruining my back.

Been Caught Stealing is a classic, though to my mind not a forgotten classic. You need to get yourself a copy of Ritual de lo Habitual and get Frank Sinatra off the turntable.
