wasn't there a club in habtoor grand with a similar policy last year, i've forgotten what it was called...and then i-kandy in the shangri la was meant to be like that but it's always empty so clearly they had to relax the rules, lmao...

The beach party thing at Habtoor...
It was an unofficial policy I think. I went a couple of times and it was pretty dull (although I was with my gf so couldn't enjoy the view
