Well I suppose 'being civil 'demonstrates a level of tolerence albeit insincere no doubt but 'hate' in the context of the theme of the post: love/hate is mebbe a thin disguise for summit else.
Generally, I try never to use the word or feel 'hate' coz that involves effort.
I 'd rather 'love'........
