but the thing is, some people do have a fetish about morbidly obese people - there are whole forums and sites dedicated to it - "feeders" and er, I guess "feedees".
I once had a quick read and it was a lot of "I want to become so fat I can no longer move" and "I'd love to be so fat I need to be washed and cared for by other people" and lots and lots of people offering to help. Honestly though, I can't help feeling there are some pretty deep-seated psychological issues going on with these people.
