Nothing on gulfnews.com yet but I understand that several factories and warehouses have been gutted in a huge fire at Fujeirah Free Zone. Does anybody have any more specific information?

Not much chance of success here coz Insurers require a clean Police Report before paying anything. Any hint of a doubtful cause and they won't pay. Nobody sues insurance companies here.

Well you could always make it look like an equipment fault. Someone is using a heat gun, leaves it on the side without turning it off and goes home...no one knows who to blame.

Perhaps an electrical short or get a local chav in a hood to throw a petrol bomb into the factory.
