Default Al Jazeera language, help needed

Right folks, just bought the package here in sunny Libya, plugs the card in, finds the Korea v Greece game, and the commentary is in Arabic Now I have tied to change it via the Starsat controller to English (only other option is Arabic) and it still is coming out as Arabic. What exactly am I doing wrong ?.

Any help appreciated.

should be a button on your remote to change the language - or it'll be on English on a different channel

Right got it working, the feckers didn't inform me that I would have to re scan Nilesat to pick up all the frequencies

5 months, based in Tajura. Not too bad. Came into Tripoli to watch the game outside a cafe just off Green Square tonight. All that was missing was a nice beer!
