Default "The Prisoner" with Patrick McGoohan

I am about to squander my pocket money on the complete set in DVD format. I saw some of it when it was first released but will now start at the beginning and proceed to the end. It seems to be a worthy pursuit for a student of Orwell, Aldiss, Huxley and Wells.

If you have the facilities opt for the Network Blu-Ray box set. The restored picture quality is phenomenal.

I went to the place it was all filmed (Portmerion in nNorth Wales). Amazing place well worth a visit. You can stay in the actual 'town' too.

I found it all rather a dull place with no vibe

Some of us like "dull places with no vibe". Try a samll town on a Sunday in mid-winter during lockdown ! We do not all hanker after California !
