Default Pet transporter from US to UK?

So we're moving back after 2 years away. We are all very excited. We enjoyed the US, there were many blessings, but 2 years was enough for us and we're thrilled to be coming back.

Anyway, PetAir did a fabulous job of moving our two dogs for us, unfortunately they can't do the return trip. So I'm looking for recommendations, or if anyone has experience of a pet transporter?

We used Multi Cargo and hope to do the same again. We are also planning to return home 2.5 years was our limit it looks like. You need to have your own crate. Plastic with metal gate at front. We bought our own otherwise you were renting crate space which added a huge cost. Our dog then used the crate as her bed!!
She was able to travel on the same flight as us underneath as cargo just operated by third party. There is a bit of screwing around to pick your pet up when you get back as she is transported to a separate holding facility until you complete the necessary paperwork in terms of bio security etc!! Pearson airport in Toronto was a real circus when we arrived. Such a run around and paying fees like they are going out of fashion!!
Multi Cargo were really good actually. As long as you had all the i's dotted and t's crossed in terms of vet paperwork and measurement of box for dog your good.
Try them out.

Hope this helps
