This "London" meme from Scottish Nationalists is somewhat moronic and brain-dead. London happens to be the location of the UK parliament and much of the UK government, but so what. Power corrupts, cover ups are a fact of life, presumably Cardiff, Edinburgh, Brussels, Milton Keynes etc. all have their dirty laundry too.
