Default Keep fit Britain

Boris has tidied up his hair, have you noticed? And he doesn't do the boyish ruffle now.Perhaps this is the start of a new Boris"I'm getting fit, follow me" image.First the press ups now the attack on TV ads.etc.concerning junk food probably being watched by thousands watching TV whilst munching away on a packet of biscuits,& latest thing is suggesting we get out,as he does, for a nice ride on a bike.I do wonder if he has taken this idea from a previous Tory Politician who coined the phrase "On yer bike".Gym membership is thriving too.My nephew pays a hefty subscription for this activity. And then jumps into his car for the trip to his house.

Snacking at every possible minute
Universal car ownership
Too much booze

No wonder there is an epidemic of obesity !

To work off my glass(es) of vino with my bread, cheese & grapes lunch,I am thinking of buying one of those e-type(NO, not jaguar) bikes designed for older people.I believe they have a little motor attached to help when going uphill. Rather sounds like a 2 wheeler mobility scooter. Well done Boris, this is in line with that great idea of building one of your famous bridges to connect Scotland to Northern Ireland.Just you youngsters get out of my way when I power up my bike on the straight.

Intermittent fasting works for me. No eating after 2pm and I break my fast around 11 am. It's the only thing that has worked for me as I have aged. I've lost 2.5 stone. Read https://www.amazon.co.uk/Obesity-Code-unlocking-secrets-weight/dp/1925228797/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=the+obesity+code&qid=1596335237&sr=8-1 if you are interested. It not only helped me to lose the weight, but I've kept it off by not eating between meals, cutting out artificial sweeteners and as previously noted, not eating after 2pm. I also have wine with tasty treats one to two times per week and that doesn't get me off track anymore like it did previously.
