Finally my flight day has arrived. Will be leaving at 9:40pm EST time from Boston. Managed to get some sleep last night but woke up early and the dog wouldn't let me go back to sleep. Have to be at the airport at 5:40p to check in the dog. Feeling more anxious today, stomach is definitely churning. Will spend the day finishing packing then taking the dog for a long walk to tire her out. All I really want is for the dog to have a safe flight and make it across the pond in one piece. BTW got an upgrade from Virgin (wohoo) which means I can have my anxiety attacks with more leg room
See you all on the other side!

Your dog will love it! New grass to sniff, new trees to tinkle on, etc.

Bon voyage! It is nerve wracking transporting pets but hopefully all will be well and you will be exploring new walks in the UK very soon!

Lol. No one else noticed that. Although my guess is that I will be fighting the dog to get her in her crate at the airport.
