Bruvvas & Sistas
I need some collective MBTTUK nice thoughts going in Mrs Triboy's direction as she has her final exam of the degree tonight. She's pretty sure she's passed the other two subjects she took this semester but this one is the biggie and if she passes it'll be green light for Blighty (once the visa arrives!).
She's worked extremely hard and I know she can do it, but as the Tesco ad says "Every Little Helps'.

Thanks all. She just got back and declared that she it went 'ok'. Which given she is the master of the understatement probably means she's up for a D or HD.
Anyway time will tell, results are out in mid Dec.

Re: Bruvvas & Sistas
Bachelor of Business, Maj Accounting, Sub Maj Law. Her major thesis this year has been on 'True Value Accounting in a falling market'. We met in 2002 and she'd already been at TAFE (college) for 18mths then and still had 18mths to go as she had to obtain a 3yr Diploma first before she could get accepted into Uni here in Oz. The problem was that Oz would not recognise her Korean High School exam results (despite being translated) and some the Uni she wanted to attend does not recognise work experience.
So basically she had to do a 3yr diploma (part time whilst working full time) then follow it up with a part time uni degree. The diploma gained her 8 credits out of 26 and coupled with our ping ponging in 06 has meant it's been a very long haul. Apart from one semester she took off when we returned from the UK she's studied all the time we've been together. We have to talk to each other now!
She plans on not studying for a year or two and then taking on the CA course in England.
Given that English is not her first language she is definitely the brains of the outfit at Chez Triboy.
