As most of you know from following the flight tracker, I was delayed leaving Phoenix, which meant I arrived at Heathrow late. lol. So instead of having a wonderful couple of hours at Heathrow, I landed at about 2.10pm and my next plane started to board at 3.15, so by the time I got through to the domestic gate, it was about 3.00pm.
Of course on the flight to London I had THE most annoying child sitting behind me who constantly had her feet on the back of my seat and was pushing. I asked her Mum nicely to get her to stop doing it, but she was disobedient and didn't stop AND she wouldn't stop screaming at the top of her voice every time she wanted to unbuckle the seat belt and her Mum wouldn't let her. Nice child ! So didn't get much sleep on the way there.I grabbed a taxi at Manchester Airport and got to the B&B around 6.15pm. I went for a quick walk, and then went down to the Diggle hotel and had home made cheese and onion pie, chips and mushy peas - all washed down with a nice pint !
Of course after eating that I had to go for another walk...lol. The spring lambs are bounding about and I walked up the moors for a bit and watched them scamper.. By then it was getting dark, so I've made my way back to the B&B and now I'm sitting here watching the telly with a nice cuppa.
The scenery is so amazing and it's blowing a gale here right now, with the odd drops of rain
I'll try to take some pictures and get them posted as soon as I can. Jet lag hasn't hit me yet, but I'm pretty sure it will sometime soon. lolNow someone just needs to tell me how to update the location on my profile

I'm tired, but exilerated about being home !
Thanks to everyone for your wishes and for following my adventure on flight tracker. I made it !

yeah, lets hope her flight went well and she manages all those suitcases. This afternoon I watched a show on Netflix called "The Trip". Set in the UK. Stunning Scenery and funny to boot. Made me homesick. No more feeling homesick for Linzi. Don't know how to put all the cute smileys etc on here I would!!
