Has anyone used one of these type services? Are they reliable? Or
scams?

According to the Brazilian Consulate, I have to appear in person to
their New York location within a window of bewteen 10 am - 12 pm to
apply for the visa. this means losing a day of work and a cost of 40+
on travel and incidentals. Travel time would be about 4 hours round
trip and given the weather in the northeast, I wouldnt be guarenteed
travel/ train delays. Knowing my luck, Id get stuck bigtime.

Anyway, if anyone has any thoughts about these services Id be very
greatfull.
