I'm looking for some advise on visa to stay in Ukraine. I have been travelling in/out on the 90 day visit for past 6 months. I am now married to ukraine lady and need to stay. I don't need a work visa, just able to stay here. Have been told that local office is saying no , because first time i arrived i came without applying for a visa - but they said i didn't need one then !
Friend said apply for ''student visa'' , but i think i'm too old to be a student.
I understand there is a 6 month extension but not sure how that works. Cant seem to find much help here. I'm happy to pay , but to who ?
ANY IDEAS ? or similar situation ?
