Settle down in Guatemala or Nicaragua..
I am planning to open a bar/restaurant in either Guate or Nicaragua, and I was wondering if you someone knows if I can BUY land as a foreigner...
I went for the first time 2 years ago, using the services of those guys: www.ucantravel.net , and I think is still enough market space to open this kind of bussiness
