hi guys, what are the things that you usually do when stress keeps up with your energy level? things you do whenever you're pissed, pressured, etc??? need answers to help me make more ready when I'm about to move abroad. people are different, right? cultures, beliefs. so i am aware of all of these things. just need to be at ease. that's all.
