Default Ex-pat with a new born baby- Vaccinations?

Hi, it is likely that my husbands job will be moving overseas in the near future. Many of the places we may be required to move will need us to have vaccinations for things such as hepatitis, yellow fever, typhoid, and diphtheria. I am currently pregnant, and it is likely that our baby will be about 1 month old when we are required to move Does anyone have any experience of having a new born baby in countries that require immunization? What did you do!? Thanks.
