I live in Athens, and there are a lot of yacht charter companies. I think it's better to contact a travel agent to tell what your requirements are and let him search for the best deal on your behalf.
One of the best and more reasonable athenian travel agencies is http://www.holidays4all.com.
I like them because they offer very personalised service.
Although I'm Greek and live here, whenever I want to book any trip within Greece I call them.
