All ages.

I was in school in the 60's and 70's in New Jersey and never heard of such a
thing. How could adults be so dumb as to believe people had to be naked in a
swimming pool. Hadn't they ever been to a public swimming pool. My family had
memberships at 3 public pools over the years and we went to some others as
guests. Yeah that would have been interesting. Now you women must show us all
your tits, asses and vaginas or the filter will get clogged up.
Yeah okay. So what was the women's attitutes? Oh okay if the rules say we
have to show you our vaginas then it's alright. ;-)

In the 60s - when I was a life guard - the powers that be did not like
boys with long hair. So they made all girls and boys with long hair wear
bathing caps. It was simple a way to keep the "beatles" out of the pool.
Today at the same pool - I have not seen a bathing cap in 30 years. Oh
yeah - the hair was supposed to clog the filter.
