In a interview with Swedes, the destinations most preferred were Thailand and
Australia.

Thailand has a reputation for a long time as a destination for sex perverts. It is a
favourite with Germans, Americans and Austrians. You can do anything you want to the
natives, no questions asked.

In Australia, there are no natives left.

What kind of Swedes are going to such backward places? Australia is usually
considered very bad in terms of womens rights, human rights and rights generally.
Founded by criminals in the 18th century this should not be a surprise. They also
beat up women, and all weaklings, as routine activity. Thailand is a developing
country. Its prostitution industry is, wild tourists swear, very developed however.
So are the women there they say.

Norwegians, in contrast, go to cultural places. Greece, Italy, France, Egypt
and other cultural destinations. Swedish preferred destinations leave me
scratching my head.

No, THailand is not a "favorite" of Americans. What percentage of Americans go
to Thailand?

Yeah, right.. Most people consider the aborigines to be natives. You do know what the
word "aborigine" means, right?

Backwards.. Yeah... Sure... Even the toilet flushes the wrong way.

Actually no, it wasn't founded by criminals. They were sent there afterwards.

Ah, now I see your problem....Are you a 41 Kg weakling?

Comma placement is VERY important. Are the wild tourists really swearing?

There are things that Australia can be criticised on in this regard. In particular
the policy of taking Aborigne children from their birth familiys and placing them
with white families. There has been a history of genocidal practices in Australia.
There are NO Tasmanian aborignes left these days. They were hunted down and shot.

In saying that, that is history now and most Australians aren't proud of that aspect
of their history.

There are plenty of Swedes visiting Kos Beach in Greece.

Nah, although a lot of Norwegian tell Swedish jokes from time to time, the troller in
question is likely not from Norway.

Evidence : <= 3 person having the first name given <=3 person having the last name
None in the phonebook having the last name. Believing that Norwegian citizenship is
decided by bloodlines.

This was done half a century ago. Not today.

You didn't read far enough. He went on to refer to it as history.

Right.. You have no factual account of widespread abuse in OZ. You have no factual
information on the percentage of Swede's visiting one place compared with
Norweigians.

Except for the Aborigines. But let's not quibble over the existence of facts.

Oh yes, Egypt, with its wonderful record on human rights, and Australia that pit of
humanitarian hell.

Man, you do find some weirdos online.

Have fun in Turkey mate, and feel great about it!

Well, there have been quite a few reports of police and other abuse towards the
Australian aborigines, here's an Amnesty article for example:
http://www.amnesty.org.au/airesources/press-5.html But as these aborigines don't
exist according tho the first RA message he cannot have been referring to this fact.

As for Australia, I have no impression that it should be such a favoured place to go
for Swedes. Some would like to go there, certainly, and some do but among those
disposed to pay more than the average holidays to Gran Canaria, Crete or Thailand
(nowadays many who go there are families with children who go to the beach, not to
Pattaya, the prejudice about the "sex tourist" is no longer very true, although this
sector of course exists) are far more likely to go trekking to Nepal or Peru,
visiting India or China (where many older people go) or theUnited States. If one is
disposed to pay *really* much one can have holidays in the Nordic countries
