There are no real 'essentials' (apart from the obvious) as you will easily
be able to buy anything you need in Sweden. It is an expensive country,
though.

Do you mean weather? Reasonably warm (50ish F), maybe some rain but not
too much.

The climate in Stockholm this summer have been exceptional warm, about +5
above average . No lack of French people as it's nowadays a popular
destination for people from France, but also visitors from Spain and Italy
are frequent nowadays. They're welcome as they're nice people rarely
whining.

Hi ravi,
I agree with the previous posters - Sweden is expensive, however,
you'll be able to buy anything essential (that you don't want to
bring!) in Stockholm.
I suggest you buy the "Lonely Planet" Sweden/Stockholm guides - great
books :-)
Enjoy your trip!
