Seriously considering a Vantage World Travel tour, 3-days Brussels and 7-days on ms
River Explorer starting/ending in Amsterdam. Would be going in 2002. Any
comments/experiences re: Vantage, vessel, etc.

Have you taken your trip yet?
Just make sure you don't go around a holiday time. All the little towns are shut down.
Make sure you have good emergency numbers to call in an emergency that you would leave for relatives. We spent over 14 hours locating my mother when she was on the cruise when my grandmother had a heart attack.
