Any suggestions for where to stay in Tuscany June/July this year. Have in

Reliable rental firms ?

It's a big question. I suggest reading this:
http://www.slowtrav.com/italy/planning/where_tuscany.htm
That should give you a good idea.

Try contacting Elisabeth Lenstra at [email protected]
She's a Dutch woman who handles some 90+ rentals (apartments and
villas) in southern Tuscany. We've rented from her several times. Her
market is mostly Dutch and Belgium. We (USA) find her prices very
reasonable and not high prices targeted to the US market.

Much enjoyed staying [albeit on a 'bus package] in Chianciano Terme,
which was convenient for these places and very pleasant in itself.

I guess her e-mail address didn't print out well.
It's info at lanavicella dot nl. La Navicella is the name of her home,
the first property she rented out.

That is Google Groups munging it to protect the address from spam. It
comes through fine on a 'real' newsreader. Just FYI in case you were
wondering what happened.
