Default trip planning software

Im planning a trip to Croatia and would like to use software to plan
it; I thought a simple google search would turn up many choices;
howerver, I can't find anything; I found one that looks good, but it
does not have map of Croatia and it includes maps for other countries.

Any suggestions?

ViaMichelin doesn't seem to zoom in enough to show city grids for Croatian
towns unlike the other tool.

These suggestions are good for online maps, hawever, it seems I was
not clear regarding my request.

What I'm looking for is software that provides an itinerary. Like
this:

http://www.vacationdesigner.com/2006/default.aspx

This one does have a map of Croatia so it will not suffice for my
purposes.

Hi vasicrj...!
I'm from Croatia (Hrvatska, in Croatian language), and I'm very happy that
you want to see my country!

I don't know any software to recommend, but maybe you can visit these pages
and maybe find some info. To have something to start with :-)

http://www.croatia.hr/English/Default.aspx

http://www.adriatica.net/home/home_en.htm

I hope this can help you a little.

No such software exists yet for Croatia / most of Eastern Europe (bar Czecho
& Slovakia).

At least two different tools were named here to map (much in detail)
Croatia. What other aspects the "planning" and supporting software is
supposed to hold then, I don't know.

www.viamichelin.com, www.maporama.com and many of the others
will provide driving directions with many intermediate
stops. What exactly do you want this itinerary planner to do
for you?
