Travel: Using a cash card! READ IT!
hi everyone,
Are you going to travel to a World Cup games or The Olympics in the
near future? Well then money are going to be one of your issues when
you travel to an other county.

For various values of "alot". The worst I've seen is about a 3%
fee of various sorts (transaction fee, conversion difference,
whatever).
You are "making debt" but again, we're talking about 1% or so.
Are you suggesting that you can "beat" credit card cost of 2%
or so (which is what most folks endure)? Alternately folks use
ATM cards to get cash, which typically runs them around 1 - 2%
as well. I'd be curious the business model that is charging less
than this.

Again, I'll urge readers to investigate cash (or credit) cards with 0%
fee, and exchange rates at as close to market as possible. For people in
the UK, www.nationwide.co.uk
My most recent transaction-
900 NOK (last Friday, March 16)
charge on card GBP �75.85
That's 4 pence higher than the market rate.

So does American Express, and most of us have at least HEARD
of them!
