They already are.

Look when some filthy rich travel editor says 'Go home you ghastly people
and stop making my beautiful planet look messy' he's just asking for a
kicking.

He's the one that caused it.

Who flies more miles, tourists or business travelers?

A tourist might log 15,000 miles in a year but a business traveler might
log 10 times that or more.

Business is lots more miles. I used to travel a 100,000 miles plus a year,
and a majority of the people on the plane were also business types.
