Transportation from DeGaulle
What do you recommend for 4 adults and one 10 year old to get from CDG
to Place D'Italie? Two of the adults are elderly so using the metro is
out. Wouldn't arranging for a car be just as cheap as paying super
shuttle for 5?
Thanks for any advice.

Probably. Just be sure to arrange a large enough car. Five persons +
luggage will need significant capacity.

Shuttles are cheaper. I'm not sure what you mean by "arranging for a
car," though. Taxis are a good option as well as shuttles. Air France
buses are less expensive but you have to climb stairs a bit (IIRC).
It will be extremely difficult to get around in Paris if you can't use
the Métro. Prepare to pay a great deal for taxis.

This shuttle company will take the five of you for 84 Euros:

look reputable.

Possibly because most normal-sized taxis lack the capacity
for five passengers plus their luggage?

Define "a great deal" - I haven't found them excessively
expensive, and NO WAY will I descend one of those steep
starways to the Metro!

Not all taxies will accept 4 passengers, but when you get one, it will be
cheaper (about 38 euros depending on trafic conditions).
