Re: Staying In Paris
I highly recommend the Rodin museum, located immediately to the east of
Invalides (which was not quite so interesting). In addition to the Rodin museum
itself, the grounds surrounding it are littered with dozens of famous
sculptures, including The Thinker. Although it is quite small compared to other
attractions in Paris, my wife and I enjoyed it more than any other place we
visited there. Also be sure to visit the Luxembourg quarter on the left bank,
just south of Isle de Citi and Notre Dame. It is, in my opinion, the most
beautiful part of the city because of the narrow streets filled with
restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, and stores.
PS: Please excuse my wretched spelling. I don't speak a word of French and I'm
sure I botched all the spellings of Paris landmarks.

Yes! It is not every museum where you can see the gates of hell

Good advice. I did just that on my most recent visit, and it made my visit much
more enjoyable. I used www.locaflat.com and was pleased with the service, but
I'm sure many of the others are good also.
