Sorrento advice
I'm travelling to Sorrento in June/July with my children. I am staying for
a week and want to make the most of my time there. What are the must see sites that I should make every effort to go to and what is not worth the time. I have been looking also for a good guide book for the area available in the UK, any idea which one is worth the money. Thank you all in advance. Gary |

Gary, this forum allows you to search on keywords. type "Sorrento" into the search box (top right of the rec.travel.europe index page) and you'll come across a lot of postings recently made on Sorrento.

other towns in the area. "garymac" wrote in message news:[email protected]... > I'm travelling to Sorrento in June/July with my children. As you can see from Franko's reply, Sorrento is a well-located for making excursions. To his list, I'd add only Paestum, a bit far but worth it if you're interested in well-preserved Greek temples.
