In what part? The north-south extent of Sweden is pretty big.

I was up in Finnmark County in Norway in May and we had whiteout
conditions one day followed by sunny and warm(ish) weather the next.

According to Aftonbladet, snowing took place in very narrow an area in a
place called Vemdalen which is in the highlands of Härjedalen in Central
Sweden.

This is not uncommon in the NE USA. Once, we had a severe snow storm in
early April, and I mean severe- traffic stopped for a couple of days-
kids skiing on the streets. A few days later it was warm, and the snow
disappeared...

... it was the sunny and warm(ish) weather that was brief. It lasted about an
